About
I learned to knit from my Mom as a child but gave it up. A few years ago I picked up the needles again and just cannot stop.
Until recently I worked in an office and most of my knitting was done during my commute. Because of this my projects were mostly small and portable. Now I am working primarily from home and struggling to find time to knit. Also, based on the influences of other knitters, Ravelry, blogs, and podcasts I am ready to branch out from small projects. This year I hope this blog will chronicle many knitting “firsts” for me.

Hello! I am writing to see
if you wanted to contribute to
an afghan for Rachael at yarn-a-gogo
in sympathy for losing her mom. I
am trying to collect 8 inch knit
squares.
Please contact me at knitdelaware
